Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns or exchanges are limited. Returns are only accepted for defective products, such as those damaged during shipping or spoiled upon delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or refund:
- Reporting: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Proof of Damage: Provide photographic evidence showing the defect or damage.
- Unused Product : The product must be unused and stored according to the handling instructions provided.
3. Refund or Replacement
If eligible, you may choose a refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and replacements will be shipped at no additional cost. PawPal Cuisine reserves the right to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
4. Exceptions
- No Returns for Pet Preference : We cannot accept returns due to your pet’s preference or dietary adjustment issues.
- Improper Use : Returns are not accepted for products improperly stored or used in a manner not recommended by PawPal Cuisine.
